1. Introduction
Welcome to SARVO.io (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing and using our courses and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Course Access & Use
a) Access to SARVO.io courses is granted upon successful payment.
b) Course materials are for personal or business use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
c) We reserve the right to revoke access to the course if a program member violates these Terms.


3. Payment & Refund Policy
a) All course payments are final unless covered under the Performance Guarantee (see Section 5).
b) No refunds will be provided for failure to access or complete the course unless covered under the Performance Guarantee.
c) Any chargebacks or disputed payments will result in immediate revocation of course access.


4. Intellectual Property
a) All course content, including videos, documents, and frameworks, remains the intellectual property of SARVO.io.
b) Program members may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written permission.


5. Performance Guarantee
a) SARVO.io guarantees that any program member who fully completes the course and implements all required strategies will see a measurable increase in financial performance (revenue or profit) or an improved rate of business growth within 90 days after full implementation.

b) To qualify for this guarantee, program members must demonstrate full commitment and effort in applying the course material, including but not limited to:
i. Completing 100% of the course, including all modules, assignments, and exercises.
ii. Actively implementing the systems, frameworks, and strategies as instructed.
iii. Maintaining detailed records of implementation efforts and business performance metrics before and after applying the course material.
iv. Providing evidence of consistent execution of the program’s strategies for a minimum of 90 days after completion.

c) If, after full course completion and implementation, the program member does not experience any measurable improvement in financial performance or business growth within 90 days, they may submit a refund request.

d) The refund request must include comprehensive proof of implementation, including but not limited to:
i. Screenshots, financial statements, CRM or sales tracking data, and marketing campaigns showing consistent application of the program’s strategies.
ii. Written documentation of specific actions taken based on the course instructions.
iii. A clear breakdown of why the strategies did not work despite full implementation.

e) If SARVO.io determines that the program member has not fully completed the course or has not sufficiently applied the program’s strategies, the refund request will be denied. SARVO.io reserves the right to request additional documentation or require further implementation before considering a refund.

f) If eligible for the Performance Guarantee, the program member will receive a full refund and a free 45-minute business audit call. The audit will evaluate their business processes and identify gaps in their implementation.

g) Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@sarvo.io within 14 days after the 90-day implementation period ends. Refunds requested outside this timeframe will not be considered.

h) SARVO.io retains sole discretion in evaluating refund claims and verifying whether the program member has met the full requirements of the Performance Guarantee.


6. Limitation of Liability
a) SARVO.io provides training and strategies for educational purposes. Results may vary based on individual business execution, market conditions, and external factors.
b) We are not responsible for any business losses, financial losses, or damages resulting from the application of the course material.
c) Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the course.


7. Privacy & Data Protection
a) We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b) By using SARVO.io, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.


8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendments
SARVO.io reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
