Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the SARVO Growth Accelerator Program (“Program”) provided by SARVO (“SARVO”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing or enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.
Nature of the Program
SARVO provides structured digital consultancy, training and group coaching to help companies implement automated marketing and sales systems.
The Program includes:
• Access to the SARVO training portal
• Frameworks, SOPs and automation systems
• Two weekly group coaching call
• Community access
• Implementation support
• Ongoing updates during the active term
The Program is educational and strategic in nature. SARVO does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.
Payments
You agree to pay the full Program fee as selected at checkout, either:
• In full, or
• Via an agreed instalment plan
If paying via instalments:
• You remain responsible for completing all payments.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access.
• Suspension does not cancel your payment obligation.
You authorise SARVO to charge your selected payment method for all agreed payments.
Term of Access
Program access is valid for 12 months from enrolment.
Renewal is optional and requires written confirmation before renewal billing.
Failure to renew or failed renewal payment results in automatic loss of access.
Performance Guarantee & Refund Policy
SARVO offers a conditional 4× Performance Guarantee.
We guarantee that you will generate at least four (4) times the total Program fees paid directly to SARVO in new client revenue within 180 days of enrolment, provided all eligibility requirements are met.
“Program fees” refers only to payments made directly to SARVO and excludes third-party software, ads, contractors, or other external expenses.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, you must:
• Complete required modules as specified in the signed Agreement.
• Attend or watch required coaching sessions.
• Implement at least two complete SARVO systems.
• Maintain required outbound or paid advertising activity.
• Record and score sales calls using SARVO frameworks.
• Keep all payments current with no chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Provide full documentation upon request.
• Submit a refund request within 14 days after the 180-day mark.
All refund requests require:
• Written submission
• Supporting evidence
• Participation in a live verification call
Failure to meet any condition voids eligibility.
Refunds under this section are the sole and exclusive financial remedy available.
Except as expressly stated above, all sales are final.
Cancellation Policy
The Program is a one-time purchase with fixed access duration.
There are no recurring monthly subscriptions unless explicitly agreed in writing.
You may cancel renewal before the renewal date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any completed term.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact SARVO in writing at hello@sarvo.io to seek resolution in good faith.
Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in:
• Immediate suspension of access
• Termination of license
• Submission of contract, login records, attendance logs, and communications as dispute evidence
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
All Program materials are proprietary to SARVO.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license for internal business use only during your active term.
You may not:
• Reproduce
• Share
• Resell
• Distribute
• Modify
any SARVO materials without written consent.
Results Disclaimer
Your results depend on your effort, execution, market conditions and external variables.
No earnings or financial outcomes are guaranteed except as explicitly described in Section 5.
Limitation of Liability
SARVO shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total Program fees paid by you.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
